  • Live poultry (hens, chicks, cocks, etc.) – Due to biosecurity reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on live animals once delivered.
  • Farm supplies and feed – Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Change of mind – We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.
